Today we are making an easy strawberry crumble recipe and oh my goodness, it is SO GOOD! You do not want to skip this one! During strawberry season, I am making all of the strawberry things and so far, this strawberry crumble has been on repeat!

Recipe here:
Filling-
-2ish lbs strawberries
-¼ cup corn starch
-¼ cup sugar
-1 tablespoon lemon juice

Topping-
-⅔ cup (heaping) oats
-⅔ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-½ tsp ground cinnamon
-¼ teaspoon salt
-½ cup cold butter cut into pieces

-Preheat oven to 350˚F.
-Dice strawberries and sprinkle with corn starch, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
-Pour mixture into a baking dish.
-In a separate bowl, add the oats, flour, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla extract and stir.
-Add in butter and combine and pour over the strawberry mixture.
-Bake at 350˚F for 40 minutes.
-Top with whipped cream!
