Putin informs the rather uninformed Guterres: "There is no fighting in Mariupol"

At a meeting with the UN Secretary General, António Manuel de Oliveira Guterres, today, Putin said something probably new for him about Mariupol:
"The situation is complicated, but also simple, they say there are military operations there, but there are no hostilities there."
