White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was spotted today at Bomboy's Home Made Ice Cream in Havre De Grace, Maryland. Reporter Matt Nagin was live on the scene where Psaki fielded questions with her usual witlessness.

Matt got some excellent intel out of her before she fled on a mission to bring back a cone of chocolate chip cookie dough to the Commander In Chief, President Biden, who was busy trying to remember what planet he was on.
