With the Fourth of July approaching, Vancouver Fire Marshal Heidi Scarpelli and Fire Chief Joe Molina are reminding residents that it is illegal to use, possess or sell fireworks of any kind within the Vancouver city limits.

Fireworks regulations in the city of Battle Ground allow residents to use fireworks two days over the Independence Day Holiday – July 3 from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. and July 4 from 9 a.m. to midnight. The sale of fireworks within the city is permitted July 1 through July 4.
