Inspection Day Part 1

Had to make a trip up to Hagerstown to meet the gas company at a rental property. It’s funny, I️ bought this property almost a year ago but now they want to inspect the meter…🤷🏻‍♂️. Go figure I️ passed with flying colors!
A big key to having successful rental properties is never lacking on the maintenance. A simple $5 fix and quickly turned into a $5,000 fix. If your to buy, hire a property manager.
