The Stock Market is Crashing (Or is This Just Another 2020 Fakeout? ) | S&P 500 Technical Analysis

We all have been wondering if the stock market will crash again in 2020. Let's look at the technical analysis side of the S&P 500 to determine what will be taking place.

There is plenty of fundamentals taking place in the economy to make us belive that the market will inevitably crash, but there is also a lot telling us that we might see a market melt up to higher highs.

In terms of a technical analysis perspective the SP500 just recently put in a lower high. This lower high was the first since mid march. When stocks begin to put in lower highs as well as lower lows, it can be a sign that the stock market sentiment is changing and we might be crashing to test the lows.

However we cannot underestimate the power of the federal reserve. If you are not the type to bet against them, then the best bet is to bet on them. The "Buy the Dip" mentality is being put to the test once again.

Does it always work? or will it eventually fail? I guess we will find out.
