Snap Peas are a delightful-tasting, healthy food choice and great for snacks. Which is your favorite recipe?

I prefer to eat them fresh, and also stored some frozen batches for winter cooking. After researching the pickling and fermenting options, it seemed like those were too much work than reward.

Sugar Snap Peas are coming to their growing cycle end, as I share this video in early summer.
