Following the Right Blueprints Part 2.
On a hospital construction project, the Architect has the original Blueprint, and the General Contractor has them too. The project is bid out to the other trades involved, and get blueprints for the Plumbers, The Electricians, The Carpenters, Steel Workers, the concrete crew, the brick layers, all get their own set of blueprints. It is the same way on the Mission Fields, those in ministry must work in accordance using the same master blue prints.
