Sony 9 60 firmware update messed up my Girlfriends PS4.

My Girlfriends PS4 started not reading discs. I replaced the Blu Ray Drive with a Brand New Drive and it did the same thing. I then replaced the hard drive and reinstalled the system software. It now reads the game discs and installs them, but when you go to play the game is say's unsupported disc. Since I replaced both the Blu Ray and the Hard Drive I tracked down the problem. It is a sony firmware update for version 9.60. If your PS4 started acting up then check the firmware on your machine if it say's 9.60 then that is most likely your problem, and there is nothing you can do about it.
