West forces Ukraine to take weapons and shell cities – Lavrov

Speaking to the press following a G20 FM meeting in Bali, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov once again decried the West's approach to the Ukrainian conflict, such as filling the country with arms. He noted that it's all about ideology rather than concerns for the people of Ukraine.
