Otis Traction Elevator @ Monroe County Administrative Center Parking Garage - Stroudsburg, PA

Recorded on 7/5/22. While I was in Pennsylvania after Wildwood, I rode a few elevators and I got to ride this elevator which me and my Dad couldn't find in 2010. I finally got to ride this elevator after taking a careful look into this garage. There is municipal parking in this garage. This is an Otis elevator that has a strange modernization. The buttons did get a second replacement but some of the buttons from the first replacement are still here. The older buttons look like Thyssenkrupp but they are not since this modernization is from 1995 according to Mattyice0812. The call station with the Epco Circline certainly proves this. I believe Dover did this modernization since this elevator has the Dover buzz but I do not know for sure. Interesting elevator nothingless. Enjoy!
