This was the 4th annual Kites Take Flight event held at Surfside Beach, Texas, by the Inspirational Crossroads organization. The weather was perfect for flying kites and the turnout was fantastic. They raffled off (free entry) a lot of kites and one huge 30ft kite to those who stopped by their tent to sign up.

Many of the kite flyers came from the Surfside Kite Flyers Club (find them on Facebook).
