In this video, we went over how doing too many pull ups can cause more harm than good. The latissimus dorsi muscles are work horses that can get very tight provided they connect into the arm and influence many movement. The lats bridge the spine to the arm. We must counter balance by strengthening lower abdominals and rhomboid/traps.
