The Harison Fitness adjustable squat stand offers a lot for the price.

It has adjustable uprights (10 settings) with a weight capacity of 650 lbs.

The uprights can be adjusted for exercises like squats, bench press, shoulder press, dips, etc.

The adjustable spotter arms (5 settings) have a weight capacity of 400 lbs and are there to save you in case you get stuck at the bottom of an exercise.

The width of the squat stand can be adjusted (10 settings) which gives you lots of versatility and makes it easier to store.

It also has a weight plate sleeve on each side that's compatible with both standard and Olympic sized weight plates.

Each weight plate sleeve has a weight capacity of 175 lbs.
