A keto-leaning diet can do wonders for your health.

And yet some people still have reservations about just how healthy this type of eating really is. There's plenty of misinformation floating around about various lifestyle eating habits and diets, but few are more misunderstood than the keto diet. While purists will argue that your diet must comprise of mostly fat, we like to take a more balanced approach.

Ed likes to refer to his eating habits as "keto-leaning." While he eats plenty of healthy fats (he brings his own olive oil most places), he still finds that some healthy carbs are necessary for performing your best and are perfectly acceptable.
