Easy Floor Workout #2 - Legs Lower Back Abs Stretching

Remember back in the day when you use to do floor exercises to firm up and tighten the large muscle group of your lower body, legs, hips, thighs, abs and lower back. This workout is a mix of yoga, Pilates and stretching for your lower body soul and spirit. Well, it is here waiting on you. I suggest that you have a yoga or gym mat to lay on, if you don't have that you can lay a towel on the floor. Dismiss the myths about floor work being a pain. The exercise moves are safe, effective and easy to learn and do. Plus, there is a stretching segment from back in the day. How long has it been since you stretch out your body on the floor? Let's get started!
