The NAZI-like sheriffs of Pasco County Florida

Right out of the movie Minority Report, Pre-Crime Sheriffs harass people and families who "might" commit a crime. It's so unfortunate that so many cops are psychopaths and follow any unconstitutional or immoral order. They could approach the situation with love and care, and really try to help improve the peoples' lives. Harassing and hounding them doesn't do any of that. On top of it all, they laugh about it among themselves.
