Canada Day 2020 was NOT like 2022
On this day 2 years ago I was there filming as tens of thousands walked from the hill to the American Embassy. It was Canada Day 2020. Just a few days ago we got a very good glimpse into perhaps how correct these people might have been.
For the history buffs, (or anyone who stops for a second at her statue around the corner from the embassy) the story of "Laura Secord" comes to mind? Remember her famous lines? "The British Are Coming!! The British Are Coming!!" The parallels are uncanny...
Why were 50,000 people at the American Embassy? They were there to ask someone, anyone at the American Embassy for assistance in their desire for an end to Trudeau’s corruption. All walks of life, members of every race, political stripe, nationality color or creed took part.
This is not a new story in our nation, the sights of children being frisked in 2022 are a far cry from even the freedom we had just 2 years ago. Why? Political ego and corruption.
Interesting note, after balancing on a cement block and shooting this video live I was quite surprised that within a couple of days it was showing me more than 3.2 MILLION views, not even close to the 873k it tells me now. I'd like to know how that works lol
