School shootings and a gun debate? What needs to be done?

FDT dives into the two shooting that happened recently where a teenager attacks a grocery store and another goes after a school. One was fueled by racism and even live broadcasted the shooting. The other was grossly mishandled by police to the point where they arrested parents instead of handling the shooter.
