Chrystia Freeland on High Gas Prices - Supporting a False Climate Change Narrative

In this clip published by True North digital media on Twitter, Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland talks about how high gas prices are the result of climate change. She is wrong and her logic is highly flawed.

High gas prices have nothing to do with the false climate-change narrative. They are due to a confluence of factors: the war in Ukraine, oil-industry greed, and the policies of world governments and their World Economic Forum (WEF) masters that are aimed at making gas so expensive that people will be forced to buy electric vehicles.

Electric vehicles are just as harmful to the environment (if not more so) than gasoline-powered vehicles. Canada alone is responsible for less than 2% of all global greenhouse gas emissions. So how will forcing everyone in Canada to buy EV's fix the climate change problem?
