I had to postpone my workout session yesterday, as I had to go to see Rammstein live. Unfortunate, but in the case of my favorite band, certainly an acceptable sacrifice. I ended up walking near 30 000 steps, did not eat very well, did not get home until early in the morning, and ended up not sleeping very well. However, I did not want to skip another day. I knew I was not going to do anything great today, but MAN, was this rough. I really should have just called it at five reps, but my ego in the heat of the moment got the best of me.
