Stranger danger is the worst, especially when it involves the gay men that are everywhere in the 1950's apparently. I assume they tried saying that gay men kidnap kids or some other nonsensical propaganda agenda. I bet a lot of the anti gay stuff got started by gay men in the closet who hated themselves and that stuff still happens today, especially in politics. Just look at Lindsey Graham or some of those other weird politicians. Anyone that thinks Lindsey Graham is straight is lying to themselves.
