Flour (500 g).
Salt (9 g) + dry yeast (9 g).
Hot water 50 °C (340 ml)
We knead the dough.
Lubricate with vegetable oil.
Cover the dough and leave for 40 minutes.
Flax and sesame seeds
We leave for 20 minutes.
We cut the dough.
Bake for 30 minutes at 240°C.
The bread turned out with a crispy tasty crust and a chic crumb.
