Jesse Boudreau is a permaculture designer, a homesteader, and an herbalist in Northern New Mexico. He is a Taoist, a Buddhist, and has been on the Pranic path for 4.5 years at which time he transitioned from raw food and fasting to the liquidarian lifestyle.

He now is dry fasting 23 hours daily and juicing for an hour daily. Jesse's path of prana incorporates grounding, sungazing, Qigong, meditation, fasting, herbalism, and connecting with the 4 elements of earth, wind, fire and water daily.

The practice of cultivating the life of people and plants is also a key part of his passion, profession, and philosophy.
