What does the monkey experiment teach you?

This video talks about a story of a few monkeys who are in a room with a bunch of bananas. Whenever any monkey tries to get the banana, that monkey is drenched with cold water. Slowly every monkey stops trying. Without knowing the reason, they would stop trying & would never ask why. This story conveys the message that we should always ask why.
