I see a lot of spiritual awakening and life coach people telling people to adjust their perceptions of themselves in order to follow their dreams. This is all very well for some whose timing was on point, whose hacks are taken from others who have come before them, and who have astute marketing practices.

Those of us who are working towards fulfilling our lives with value that we can share with others if we choose to, while in the process of enormous changes to our lives need a more grounded approach. For me that means I am acutely aware of how I spend my time and energy.

Embodying what it is you already are means an enormous shift in identity on a level that goes deeply into the subconscious programming. In my perception it takes effort and gentleness.
