The more we chose to turn inward and focus our attention on opening our hearts the more we are confronted with our own darkness. As we embrace and accept, forgive and acknowledge our choices that didn't come from integrity, love and authenticity, we shed the limitations that come with fear, and our beings begin to oscillate quicker, we become lighter.

This puts us at a crossroads. We begin to leave behind those who we once aligned with, resonated with. Being around them feels tiring, exhausting for we have drop down in frequency all too often in order to share time together. For them to join us, they have to do the work, and many don't have the tools, let alone the nuance to start.

It can be lonely in a frequency band where you resonate closer to source, our true nature. As we recognise our human nature and see it as a cloak we wear in order to deal with those are trapped in the game, it can begin to feel like chainmail, rather than a garment. It's a game of vibrational tetris...
