I never saw myself ageing in my body. My life experience has been a moment to moment existence where I ran the gauntlet in every way I could. I've acted in ways that could have easily seen my demise. I've battled and overcome addictions to alcohol, drugs and sex, and attempted to leave my body on a handful of moments during the 50 revolutions around the sun that are the sum total of my incarnation. It's been quite a ride.

I've delved into the darkest recesses of my identity, my ego, my shadow and the conditioning that gives rise to my ever changing sense of character. Yet one thing remains constant. The inner light of knowing what I TRULY am. In this video I share what my dear friend Tabaash brought to my attention on my birthday. The greatest gift of himself, to myself. Remember who you are.
