Dancing "Sanctuary City" Mayor Now Singing a Sad Tune

Rarely has anybody every demonstrated such joy as Philadelphia's Mayor James Kenney did when he jubilantly performed his "Sanctuary City" dance in 2018. Well, that over the top joy has now been completely replaced by very sad gloom when Kenney glumly announced with deep sadness that he just wanted to give up being mayor.

To get an idea of how happy Kenney was in 2018 that Philly would be a sanctuary city, I actually tried to replicate his "Sanctuary City" dance. However, despite practicing it over and over many, many times I could never quite do it. The missing element was Kenney's incredible joy that gave that element of jubilance to his dance steps. Lacking that, no one can quite replicate the mayor's bouncy steps inspired by absolute joy which has now turned to complete sad gloom. Could the latter be because Philadelphia has indeed become a sanctuary city?
