Illinois state police issue ticket for unmade bed!?

well our tax dollars hard at work catching the real criminals while there are people out looting stores and burning down buildings they want to hassle someone over his bed not being made in his truck!?

is this even a real law? somebody let me know, i'm interested as to why this is even a law. or is it just another cash grab by corrupt politicians
