Lori talks about the holiday travels, holiday tragedies, border and more

Despite the flight delays and high gas prices, people were out celebrating the birth of our nation. Over 40 million traveled over the holiday weekend. Yet, we still don’t have a plan for the soaring prices. Now we hear the White House will be asking China to help. And, Kemp has extended the gas tax holiday for Georgians.

Tragic news over the weekend. Truck driving 120 mph into gas station in north GA. In Highland park IL outside of Chicago. there was a shooter that killed 6 people, injuring 25 at a Fourth of July parade. The suspect has been caught. 2 officers shot in Philadelphia, no deaths. Where among the reports over the weekend.

We continually hear that the shooters have questionable content on social media. While the social media companies can detect posts from conservatives posting about COVID, patriotism, conservative values and they are being placed in Facebook jail. How are these violent posts being missed? Applauding the school shooters? The graphic drawings about shooting? What is the protocol for when disturbing posts are discovered to stop the mass shootings from happening.

The border needs protecting. We have a federal government that is not going to deal with this issue at all. The landowners are being run over by the illegal aliens coming across the border. Land owners are finding bodies lying dead on their properties. Why is the administration not making this a priority? Instead of honoring the position of vice president and the first female to take control of the situation. We have a woman that is not showing the world what a woman can do and making a difference.
