Crosstalk with Deana Pollard Sacks (28 May 2022)

This was Deana's last show on this day and time. She wanted to know about my case now docketed with the US Supreme Court and how I arrived at this position, where I explained that Wisconsin has a flawed method for Summary Judgment that allows the Court to decide whether or not facts that are pled are or are not "reasonable" and set them aside--literally, set them aside, as he did with the two forensic document reports that supported me in my published claim that the death certificate shared BY THE PLAINTIFF with my research colleague, Kelley Watt, was fake, which was obvious on its face, since it was incomplete and lacked a file number, town and state certifications, where in Connecticut it is not legal even for patents to possess uncertified death certificates. So the court simply set them aside as "someone else's opinion" because he "did not find them helpful". And the Court of Appeals even juxtaposed my denial that anyone had died at Sandy Hook while affirming the authenticity of a death certificate for someone who died at Sandy Hook WHILE AFFIRMING THERE WERE NO DISPUTED FACTS. Which reflects the defective methodology of summary judgment in Wisconsin, where my case would have been tossed or sent to a jury for fact determination. So I am asking SCOTUS to make summary judgment protocols uniform across the states and toss my case as having violated both the 7th and the 14the Amendments.
