Beginning with Ruth Bader Ginsburg bad-mouthing the Supreme Court, as though 9 unelected persons making decisions about the application of the Constitution were not part-and-parcel of democracy in the United States! And the guy interviewing him had an extremely weak grasp of Roe and missed its central message, namely, that "personhood" comes into existence at the end of the 2nd trimester, which coincides with Casey's determination of viability--since viability occurs at the end of the 2nd trimester! Mitchell and I had a very relaxed and cordial discussion and debate, which extended into several other developments reported upon during the show.
While I have been thinking it's going to make a major difference in November, a poll taken after the leak about Roe showed that it only ranks #5 on a list of 7 issues that are affecting voters. MO and LA have just filed suits against Joe Biden, Jen Psaki, Tony the Rat and others for colluding with social media to suppress freedom of speech under the guise of "misinformation", which I welcome. This is a terrific development--many every other state in the union join in! This was an unusual show but very relaxed as we--Mitchell and I--explored the issues together.
