Located in the heart of uptown Cebu, Fuente Osmeña Circle is one of the many historical sights. It is a landmark that is still used as a reference point in touring the city. Although i personally think it could be better for this area to have a major facelift; more trees, plants, green grass and more flowers would make this a pleasant respite from the bustle of the city.
