Hi Friends! Thank you for joining me this week. Today, we will do a nice Summertime Chill Flow. The video ended up being 25 minutes long not 15 or 20 min. The sky was so pretty. It had recently rained. The earth smelled so sweet. I lost track of time. Join me on a Summertime trip as relaxing on our mat. This flows focuses on the hips, and side body stretching. it is a beginners flow and I think it's a perfect sequence for anytime of the day. So, unroll your mat and let's get started.
