Remembering the Charleston Earthquake

Back in 1886 a devastating earthquake hit Charleston, SC. Recently, we have had a swarm of small quakes hitting near Elgin, SC. Could we be feeling the foreshocks of another big one? And, what would it be like today a similar quake hit our region?
