David Zublick's Dark OutPost: Defending the 1st & 2nd Amendments (26 February 2022)

For those who care about Freedom of Speech and the Right to Keep and Bear Arms, my plan to carry my case to the US Supreme Court may make a difference. Deprived of the right to present a defense to a charge of defamation for describing a death certificate for an alleged Sandy Hook decedent as "fake", the Court would not allow me to present the mass of evidence I had collated through collaborative research with 12 other experts, where we established that the school had been closed by 2008, that there were no students or teachers there, and that it had been a 2-day FEMA drill presented as mass murder to promote Obama's gun control agenda--even though the DC stated the party had died at Sandy Hook on 14 December 2012 of multiple gun-shot wounds--the focus was restricted to the DC itself, where I presented reports from two (2) forensic document experts that it was fake, yet the Court simply set them aside and ruled against me--in spite of the fact that the authenticity of the DC was in dispute and had to be sent to a jury for determination! Neither the Wisconsin Court of Appeals nor Wisconsin Supreme Court would give me the time of day. If this case is allowed to stand, any judge can made up any facts he likes in support of a predetermined conclusion! I need your support. This one is for all the marbles.
