The Facts Inside Our Reporter’s Notebook Police said late Monday they have taken into custody a person of interest in the Chicago-area Fourth of July parade shooting earlier in the day in which six people were killed and about two dozen others wounded.
The person in custody is 22-year-old Robert "Bobby" E. Crimo III, according to officials.
The incident reportedly happened at about 10:15 a.m. local time in the Highland Park suburb outside of Chicago.
