how to fix a cracked door hinge mount. how i do it anyway...

hey everyone, here is the door from my buddies 2012 gmc/chevrolet duramax pickup. shes got a lot of miles on er, and the drivers door has finally given up on its duties. some folks would replace the door, i like to repair what i can and only replace when necessary. this is a simple repair you can do at home with a basic mig welder and some spare metal.
