Grounding day 9 - friendly frogs and a beautiful path

It was a beautiful day for my barefoot grounding walk. Did you know that walking barefoot can help improve balance! When you take off your shoes and move around, you use different muscles then you do when you have shoes on. It also allows your toes and the ball of your foot to spread out creating a more natural shape of the foot. I can feel my legs getting stronger everyday.

On my walk I came across a little puddle and decided to walk through it. There was a small frog that jumped in and swam right under my foot! I also show a view of the beautiful path that I walked down.
