Joe Biden engaged in 'proxy war' with Russia which is set to 'boil over'

US President Joe Biden is engaged in a "proxy war" with Russia which is going to "boil over" probably within the next three to six months, says Curtin University political analyst Joe Siracusa.
Professor Siracusa said he feels President Biden "has left his successor with a war in Ukraine".
"The President knows that he's not going to be there in 2024," Professor Siracusa said.
"He knows that President Putin will be there in 2024."
