I just wanted to share about this Chad Meredith guy. The anti-abortion judge that the administration wants to want to put up apparently. So the governor andy beshear was asked yesterday during their weekly press conference about this guy. And he actually retired this story that's been pretty much memory hold even for people who live in Kentucky. And if you recall right the fear beat matt Bevin in 2019 by like 5 000 votes in a contest of about 1.4 million. And one of the many things that did them in was in disgrace he had pardoned you know dozens of criminals including murderers and child rapists. And so this guy chad Meredith was matt Bevin's deputy general counsel during his entire gubernatorial turn. And he's the state solicitor general right now under the attorney general daniel Cameron. And I should also say that this guy's never even been a judge. I mean he's just a run-of-the-mill federal society lawyer. Yeah. so anyway this guy apparently worked to execute these pardons alongside governor Bevin. And I just want to you know I hate to share this kind of story but just to highlight really how terrible this is one of the people that was pardoned was this 43-year-old man Micah he was going to serve 23 years he was convicted. And supposedly Bevan and his legal team's rationale for issuing the pardon was that the nine-year-old hymen was still intact. I mean it's just disgusting.
