Footage of Lisichansk shows minimal damage to the city from the Russian and allied assault

Russian MOD: "The final stage of the successful operation for the liberation of the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR) was the liberation of Lisichansk. The Russian Federation Armed Forces, in coordination with the units of the LPR People's Militia, have dislodged Ukrainian radicals from the republic. Neither social infrastructure, nor residential buildings received any damage during the assault."
