57.5 Kgs X 8 STRICT, PAUSED Overhead Press. NEW REP PR!
Not bad, not bad! It usually takes me a few days to get back in to the swing of things after a deload; so overall, I am happy with this. I think I could have grinded out a 9th rep, but the last couple were pretty slow, so I figured I would take the one rep PR, and call it there. It probably would have been a bit easier to do, if I did not have such pregnant pauses between reps. However, they seem to be really helping overall, so it is no big deal. Slow and steady! I hit the same amount of reps with 60 Kgs not too long ago, so I should definitely be able to hit 10 paused reps with this weight, soon. I think I am probably already capable of doing it on a better/more primed day. Getting VERY Close to my mini goal of 60 Kgs for 10! 🤟🏻
