Sugat-Kabanhawan Festival 2019 Pundok Guindaruhanon (2nd Placer and Best in Costume)

This video showcases the contingent from Brgy. Guindaruhan and won the second place and best in costume award. The event is annually conducted by the local government unit of Minglanilla, Cebu and the municipality is known as the Sugat Capital of the South. Cebu is known in the Philippines as a festival-rich province thus promoting its tourism locally and internationally.
