Diplomatic passport immunity

This is an actual conversation with a non-citizen national which is a citizen of the United States of America. He's talking to two law enforcement officers and at one point has them run his passport through their system. This is why I tell people start here with this this is where your authority comes in and they lose all jurisdiction over you.
