Joe Biden's "mandates" appear to have gone "a bridge too far", where the response has been dramatic, with Governors from some 18 states so far declaring that are going to oppose him with all the resources at their disposal. The reactions have been visceral, with even moderate commentators are declaring "F--- Joe Biden", just as college students across the nation are chanting at football games on Saturdays. It looks as though his speech may be the event that kicks the cultural war going on in the US from "cold" to "hot", where the effects are not going to be pleasant.
