The DOJ has (unlawfully) given the green light to companies and employers to demand the vax of their workers and employees, even though it is only an agency of the Executive Branch and cannot create laws (which is the function of Congress) nor interpret them (the role of the courts). This is very bad and appears to be part-and-parcel of the full court press to get everyone vaxxed so there won't be a control group of the unvaccinated, which will expose the damage being done by the vaccines themselves, which Sherri Tenpenny, for example, has described as "perfectly designed killing machines".
