How to Make the Hazy Sour Cocktail

A proper whiskey sour is surprisingly similar to an East Coast-style hazy/juicy IPA—including their hazy appearance, frothy mouthfeel, and bright and citrus-forward profile. We mix the two drinks to create the hazy sour cocktail!

RECIPE:

- ¾ parts freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ¾ parts simple syrup
- Egg white
- 2 parts bourbon
- Bitters
- Ice
- Splash of hazy/juicy IPA
