Painting Tractor Tires. Part 1

When I was painting rims silver for my Farmall 560, the pressure pot blew and covered my tires with silver paint. Cleaning was time intensive and not working well, so I elected to paint my tires. This is part 1. The finished product can be seen in part 2.
